My Favorite Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are so easy to make, taste delicious and are chocked full of nutrition. I recently discovered this smoothie and it just does it for me! It tastes like a cinnamon roll in a glass! Yummy.
1 Serving of Your Favorite Protein (mine is Vanilla Veg-E-Complete)
1.5 cups of liquid (unsweetened almond milk, coconut water, oat milk or coconut milk)
1/2 of frozen banana + 1/4 avocado
Several shakes of cinnamon
A handful of ice
