Get your blender ready!

Smoothies are so easy to make, taste delicious and are chocked full of nutrition. I recently discovered this smoothie and it just does it for me! It tastes like a cinnamon roll in a glass! Yummy.

  • 1 Serving of Your Favorite Protein (mine is Vanilla Veg-E-Complete)

  • 1.5 cups of liquid (unsweetened almond milk, coconut water, oat milk or coconut milk)

  • 1/2 of frozen banana + 1/4 avocado

  • Several shakes of cinnamon

  • A handful of ice

Now blend and enjoy!
